on the left side of the screen. All products that we sell are manufactured in our own factory in Indiana. We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind each of the garments that we produce. All of our items are first quality goods with absolutely no seconds or irregulars. Ground shipping on all orders is $8 to continental US addresses only - Alaska and Hawaii will be sent UPS 2nd Day with an additional $10 added to the shipping cost. Quicker shipping options are: Overnight $28 and 2nd Day $12 in the continental United States. Please allow 2 business days to process your order as each garment is custom-made for your order. No Sales Tax applies to all states but Indiana. Unfortunately 6% sales tax applies to all Hoosier addresses. We strive to ship all orders within 5-7 business days of the date we receive them. Credit card orders are not charged until your order actually ships although you will see an authorization on your card as soon as you place your order. Please note that this applies to UPS shipments to US addresses, and only to business days, when UPS is operating. In case of a stock out situation, your order status will reflect the expected shipping time frame. If we expect the back order to be longer than 3 weeks, we will notify you via e-mail and cancel your order. Returns are totally at your discretion, just fill out the Return Policy sheet that came with your order. Items must be returned in new condition with all manufacturers tags. Items must be boxed and sent pre-paid freight: We will not accept COD return deliveries. Your purchase will be credited to your original charge card. Shipping charge is not refundable except on orders that we shipped incorrectly. All returns must take place within 14 days of receipt of items. Items can be exchanged but we will charge you for re-shipping the items. Exchanges must take place within 14 days of receipt of your order.You must call or E-mail for a Return Authorization number prior to any exchange or credit. We are not responsible for any packages sent back to us without this information.
